Q: The Best Before date of the snack has already passed. Can I get a refund?


A: Some Japanese snacks have short shelf lives. Due to international delivery delays, they may arrive after the Best Before date. In most cases, these snacks are still safe to consume. Therefore, we cannot issue a refund based on the Best Before date alone.

Q: Can I return a product?


A: Unless the product is damaged or incorrect, we do not accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?


A: Please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
