These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Easygo Japan, Inc. and the purchase of products through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. General Provisions
All transactions conducted through our online store shall be governed by these Terms, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions, images, and specifications of all products. However, we do not guarantee that all product details are free from errors, and minor variations may occur.
3. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in Japanese Yen and exclude shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods. All transactions are securely processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer international shipping from Japan. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, flight schedules, and other external factors beyond our control. We only charge for the product price and shipping fees at checkout. Any additional charges such as import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by your country’s regulations are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not accept any liability for these charges. The delivery method of EMS includes the International ePacket Light of Japan Post. The International ePacket Light will be used depending on the total weight and product type.
6. Returns and Refunds
Requests for returns are only acceptable if the product is defective or incorrect. Products must be reported to us within fourteen (14) days of delivery along with supporting evidence such as photos. Refunds or replacements will be arranged after verification of the issue.
7. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been packed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under any circumstances. Customers are advised to contact us promptly for any cancellation requests.
8. Perishable Products and Best Before Dates
Certain products, including but not limited to Japanese snacks, may have short Best Before dates. Delivery delays due to international transit or customs procedures may result in the product arriving after the indicated Best Before date. As the Best Before date is not equivalent to an expiration date, and the product may still be safely consumed, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds based solely on the product’s arrival after the stated Best Before date.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Easygo Japan, Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
