We sell Japanese beauty appliances and grooming devices — Panasonic, ReFa, YA-MAN and other domestic brands — to customers worldwide, alongside a selection of Japanese confectionery and gifts. Every item is genuine Japanese domestic stock, bought through retail and wholesale channels in Japan, packed in Tokyo and shipped with tracking. We also operate a Wi-Fi, SIM and phone rental service, and publish travel guides, for visitors coming to Japan. |

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with return postage at the customer's expense. Faulty or incorrect items are returned at our expense. Opened personal-care items and all food items cannot be returned. See our refund policy. |
