We reply within one business day. Our office runs on Japan Standard Time (UTC+9), so if you write from Europe or the Americas the answer will usually be waiting for you the next morning.
Looking for something we do not stock?
Even if a product is not listed in our store, we can often order it for you. Send us the product name, the quantity you want, and a link to the product if you have one. We will check whether it can be sourced and get back to you with a price. Some items cannot be special-ordered, but it is always worth asking.
Before you write
A few things are answered faster on our other pages:
- Where is my order? — we email a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to Japan Post. If it has been longer than the estimate on our Shipping & Delivery page, write to us with your order number.

- Returns and refunds — see our refund policy, linked at the bottom of every page.
- Will it work in my country? — Japanese appliances run on 100 V. Voltage is stated on each product page. Ask us if it is not clear.
Please include your order number if your message is about an existing order. It helps us answer in one reply rather than three.
